About the job
We are hiring Lead User Researchers with a federal government agency responsible for one of Australia's most-used digital procurement platforms. • Proven user research experience at a senior/lead level
  • Able to plan, conduct, analyse, and present research independently across the full project lifecycle
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - comfortable working with senior stakeholders and facilitating decision-making
  • Experience with user experience analysis and accessibility, including developing frameworks and standards
  • Strong output skills: reports, journey maps, personas, wireframes, recommendations

The offer:
  • 12-month contract, with up to 2 x 12-month extensions possible
  • Hybrid working - ACT or NSW based
  • Contract day rate ~$1,200
