Senior / Lead / Staff Product Designers

The role
We're looking for Product Designers at Senior, Lead or Staff level to join the design team at one of the world's fastest-growing fintech companies. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you'll work across product areas like payments, cards, expenses, and risk - designing interfaces used by businesses globally.
The team moves fast and operates with a bias toward shipping. You'll be expected to own your work end-to-end, from understanding the problem space through to polished, pixel-perfect UI in Figma.

About you

• 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio that showcases exceptional UI craft
• Strong Figma skills including prototyping and presenting design approval packages
• Deep understanding of design patterns - when to follow them and when to break from them
• Experience in fintech, payments, or complex regulated products
• Startup or scale-up background preferred - you're comfortable with ambiguity and pace
• Consulting mindset: pragmatic, adaptable, and able to build relationships quickly
• You can zoom in on the details and zoom out to tell the story of who you're designing for
• Bias for action when priorities shift

Bonus points

• Domain experience in cards, expenses, risk, identity, or fraud
• Experience designing with or for AI
• Cross-disciplinary skills bridging design and engineering

• If you're in Sydney or Melbourne, regular face-to-face time with the team is encouraged and can strengthen your position for extensions
