The role
We're looking for a Tech Lead to drive technical direction for a SaaS platform that helps fashion brands answer some of retail's toughest questions. You'll lead projects from concept through delivery, mentor a distributed team, and shape engineering best practices.
The majority of work is frontend-focused, so you'll need to be seasoned in React and Redux. You'll also work across the full stack with Node, TypeScript, and AWS serverless technology.
About you
- Must have strong React and Redux experience
- 5+ years building SPA + REST applications in TypeScript, React, and Node
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers
- Comfortable with serverless architecture and AWS
- You enjoy solving hard problems over collecting tech badges
- Strong communicator who can work directly with product and customers
- Sydney hybrid working arrangement
