The role
Turn your ideas into beautiful, functional experiences that customers love. You’ll own the end-to-end design process — from discovery and low‑fi flows to polished, production‑ready UI — and help evolve the visual identity and design system across platforms. Day to day, you will:

  • Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to ship high‑impact features and experiments
  • Design across surfaces: mobile apps, website, browser extension, and socials
  • Lead UX from research and wireframes through prototypes and high‑fidelity visuals
  • Evolve and steward the design system for consistency and speed
  • Sweat the details while moving fast and iterating with data and feedback
About you
You’re a mobile‑first product designer with strong craft and product intuition. You care about outcomes, enjoy ambiguity, and thrive in early‑stage environments.
  • 2+ years as a Product or UI/UX Designer, ideally with native mobile work in your portfolio
  • Experience in early‑stage startups or greenfield projects
  • Figma fluency, strong prototyping a must; motion skills a plus
  • Portfolio that demonstrates user‑centred process and high‑quality visual design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with product and engineering
The offer
  • Full‑time, remote‑friendly role with a distributed team
  • Competitive salary - $160-180k base + equity
  • Work closely with product leadership in a low‑ego, high‑ownership culture
  • Work directly with a small, highly capable team on a consumer subscription product with access to a top network of consumer based founders in NY
  • Travel to Vietnam in 2026 for the annual team retreat
