The Role
We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help us build AI systems that make sense of huge volumes of unstructured information. The company is well-funded, growing fast, and already working with major enterprises. You'll be responsible for advancing their core ML models, building high-performance infrastructure, and exploring new approaches that will push their platform further. It's a collaborative team, working from their Sydney office 2-3 days per week.
About You
- Experience working in startups / scale ups as a software / machine learning engineer
- Experience with fine-tuning and optimising LLMs
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch and ML frameworks
- Awareness of the latest ML research and ability to translate it into practice
- A self-directed, curious mindset with a drive to solve hard problems
