The role As a senior quality engineer, you'll drive high- quality outcomes across this company's products. In this role, you will take ownership of defining and executing effective testing strategies, ensuring that software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
About you
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to embed quality practices throughout the development lifecycle, advocating for the customer perspective and maintaining a holistic view of the product. Your expertise will help shape best practices in testing, identify and resolve quality risks early, and continuously improve how we deliver software.
At first, this position will be focused mainly on manual testing. This will be for the remainder of the year, and it will also include story and pre-release testing. Upcoming new features will reduce emphasis on regression testing.
You will:
- Collaborate with the QE team to define and maintain test strategies and quality standards aligned with business goals, ensuring consistency across teams and projects.
- Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure shared understanding of requirements, testability, and expected outcomes.
- Participate in functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing efforts across the SaaS platform.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test suites, supporting continuous delivery goals.
