Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role
You’ll join a small, engineering-led team to deliver features end to end across a React frontend and an Elixir backend. You'll make pragmatic technical decisions, and own projects from concept to release. There’s a major client analytics platform redesign on the way, and you’ll help bring it to life while improving reliability, performance, and UX for major clients including Disney, many popular content creators & game studios. 

About you
- Strong frontend skills in React, JavaScript and CSS with full stack experience and in interest in learning Elixir
- Comfortable diving into existing codebases, triaging issues, and shipping pragmatic solutions
- You communicate clearly and enjoy remote working
- Autonomous, outcome-focused, and happy to balance polish with delivery
- Curious and adaptable. Elixir and Raspberry Pi experience are nice to have, but willingness to learn matters most.
