We’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a growing, product-led SaaS company building scalable systems used at real-world scale. This is a hands-on role with strong ownership, and the opportunity to influence both architecture and engineering culture.
What you’ll do
- Build, own, and evolve scalable, maintainable software in a SaaS environment
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design to shape solutions from early concepts through to production
- Mentor and pair with other engineers, driving quality and best practices across the codebase
- Define feature scope, break down work, and iterate quickly to deliver value
- Identify and improve bottlenecks that slow down developer productivity
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience building scalable applications with Node.js and React
- Solid understanding of service-oriented architectures, integration patterns, and messaging systems
- Deep knowledge of backend systems and how services communicate over HTTP and via queues
- Experience choosing the right data store for the job
- Hands-on experience running services in containerised environments such as Kubernetes
