The role
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Solutions Engineer to join this team and play a key role in defining how this company integrates into their customers’ broader ecosystems.
About you
You’ll work at the intersection of technical delivery and customer success, translating business requirements into robust, scalable solutions integrating this company's product across platforms such as Payroll, HRIS, CRM, and Finance systems. This role combines hands-on technical execution with client-facing problem solving.
Reporting to the Solutions Technical Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and customer stakeholders through the whole solution lifecycle.
What you'll be doing:
- Translating business requirements into clearly-documented technical designs for integrations using this company's API and automation platforms.
- Designing and deploying integrations using platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or similar iPaaS solutions.
- Developing and maintaining integrations and automations across enterprise systems including Workday, Xero, Dynamics 365, and other SaaS platforms.
- Contributing to the development of reusable, standardised integration patterns to enable scale and efficiency.
