The role
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Principal Solutions Engineer to join this team and take the leading role in defining how this company integrates into their customers’ broader ecosystems.
About you
You will be responsible for establishing the technical processes, standards, and best practices that ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and maintainable over time. This includes driving engineering discipline across testing, documentation, release management, and ongoing support to ensure high-quality delivery and operational security excellence.
Partnering closely with their Pre-Sales Engineer and Solutions Team, you will provide governance and oversight of integrations and the backlog across enterprise platforms such as Payroll, HRIS, and Finance systems. Success in this role requires a strong background in enterprise architecture and project delivery, as well as solid expertise with HTTP (e.g. APIs and security), scripting (e.g. Ruby, Python, or JavaScript), and automation platforms (e.g. Workato, AWS Lambda).
