Product Manager
Snapshot
The Role
Digital Marketplace 2.0 is a refreshed procurement platform designed to simplify how reusable platforms are sold to government. As Product Manager, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of this platform – prioritising work based on user feedback and research, and making sure what gets built aligns with the Digital Sourcing Branch’s broader goals.
You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary Agile team, collaborating with designers, delivery managers and SMEs to improve the product based on user needs and market signals. This role also plays a key part in shaping the broader product and services portfolio – with an eye toward creating new opportunities for government buyers and suppliers alike.
About You
You’ve led digital products or platforms in the public or private sector, ideally in a government context. You know how to balance competing priorities and stakeholders, and you’re comfortable turning strategy into team-friendly objectives. You can juggle policy and user needs without compromising delivery speed – and you bring a practical, risk-aware mindset to shipping great digital services.
Bonus points if you’ve worked on procurement platforms, government contracts, or built on ServiceNow.
