The Role We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Executive to play a vital role in developing and managing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.Some of the things you'll do include:
- Account management. Ensure assigned account needs are met and assist the Customer Success Lead in managing enterprise-level accounts
- Take part in account meetings and retail store visits to build relationships and gather feedback.
- Assist in updating reports and dashboards
- Develop and maintain key user resources
About You
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in a technology environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tool is preferable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to travel interstate on occassion as needed.
