Product Manager

THE ROLE
 
An innovative company transforming the quality and accessibility of healthcare is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of AI-driven experiences within their core product. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in enhancing the daily workflow of thousands of clinicians, helping them save significant time while ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience.
You’ll work closely with Engineering and Design to shape how large language models (LLMs) are integrated into the product. This position requires someone who can effortlessly move between big-picture strategy and detailed execution, collaborating with the founders to bring the product vision to life. As the first Product Manager hire, you’ll have the unique opportunity to set the standard and lead the charge in this vital area.

• Seasoned Product Manager with a strong track record of shipping and iterating on AI features that drive impactful results.
• Excited about the potential of AI to revolutionize productivity and passionate about solving complex problems in the healthcare space.
• Experienced in fast-paced, agile environments, with a proven ability to prioritise effectively and make strategic decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Extensive experience working in startups, bringing a unique perspective to building and scaling innovative products.

• Competitive salary ranging up to $160k + super + equity, depending on experience
