The role
Looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer who wants to play a key role in helping to build out their core product by developing high-impact, user-facing features. You’ll collaboratively work across the business and help shape their engineering culture. You’ll support team members in understanding these expectations and find scalable ways to prevent the introduction of bugs, regressions, UX inconsistencies, or performance issues.
About you
You'll have commercial experience as a Principal Engineer, working with React, TypeScript, Node, GraphQL and AWS architecture. You'll also be someone who:
- Enjoys working in a hybrid working environment - meaning someone who enjoys working autonomously, documenting their work and processes, and can collaborate and communicate proactively in an asynchronous working environment, but also is able and wanting to work from their Surry Hills office at least 3 days a week.
- Seeks to collaborate to solve problems together with empathy and creativity
- Has a strong customer orientation
