ABOUT THE TECH YOU'LL USE
The stack is Ruby on Rails, with a healthy dose of EmberJS out the front. The codebase is highly tested and continually deployed so you'll need to have experience in a similar setup to maintain the quality as more features get added.
You already have a decent amount of commercial experience building Ruby on Rails apps to scale, so you're able to hit the ground running. Not only do you understand how to write unit tests, but you strongly believe that thorough testing is a vital part of the dev process. You love to give input into the development process of product features and iterations. You're looking for a role where you can have a real impact on the development process, the product itself and even help shape the company culture, and getting all that right the first time is really important to you. Experience with with Ember isn't essential, but would be a huge advantage.
